BrandHub specialises in promoting and managing vacant retail units which can be hired on a short-term basis (typically for one month or more) or at short notice. Based in London and Manchester but with UK coverage we are able to fulfil a range of requirements ranging from agencies delivering experiential, press, marketing and brand promotion campaigns to entrepreneurial start-ups and businesses looking to access targetted  marketplaces from consumer/public to business-to-business. 

 

With years of experience providing "property on demand" for a wide range of customers from film & TV companies to event production companies and agencies, BrandHub combines commercial property knowledge with location management expertise and creative understanding that will take your marketing efforts to the next level. Mark graduated in law from the University of Exeter and stayed on for a sabbatical year as the University's RAG Charities Events Co-ordinator. He then worked for one of the UK's leading commercial conference companies and went on to set-up MSM Conferences, a spin-off division of a financial publishers, before moving to work at one of the UK's leading technology PR companies as their Event Services Manager working with clients such as Fujitsu, Atos Origin and Motorola.

 

Before setting up SPACE-2 Consulting, Mark spent 2 1/2 years in-house with the UK's largest commercial property company, Land Securities Plc, as their Business Development Manager for Commercialisation. During this time, Mark identified non-rental income generating opportunities across the office, retail and outsourcing portfolios and secured and managed over 300 filming and event activities across a broad range of film, tv and event productions.

 

Over the last 4 years, SPACE-2 Consulting has developed a number of specialist services aimed at promoting and managing space which can be used short-term or at short-notice to generate additional income. Clients include leading property PLCs/REITs, property funds, managing agents, and retailers.

 

Mark developed and launched BrandHub Ltd in 2009 to provide brands with the option to take retail units in shopping centres, retail parks and on the high street on a fixed cost 1 month hire basis.

David Tod has recently graduated from Nottingham University with a BA in Business Management having completed modules in Quantitative analysis, computers in business and business planning and presentation. 


He joined BrandHub as an intern Market Analyst providing in-depth research into target customer target markets as well as analysis of the portfolio of BrandHubs being compiled through SPACE-2 Consulting's extensive property client base.

Corinne Captal

Head of Events


Corinne was born in France where she studied international business and languages (French, English, German and Italian). Passionate about events, she started her career in the industry 14 years ago in the Principality of Monaco, where she lived for a few years after working as a trainee legal assistant for international trade affairs in Washington, D.C.

After 5 years, she moved to the UK and joined a fast growing London based publishing company specialised in the financial and pensions industry for which she successfully developed and managed the company's events department. Her portfolio included 35 events (B2B conferences, exhibitions and awards ceremonies) in the UK, Europe, the United States and Canada welcoming between 80 and 1,400 attendees.

More recently she project managed a road show in the UK and conferences and exhibitions in Paris, Cannes, Hong Kong and Nice in the pensions, energy, IT, pharmaceuticaland airport industries.

 

Corinne joined SPACE-2 in December 2008 where she heads up the company's events department as well as delivering the logisitical and operational support for BrandHub.

 

Corinne loves travelling and discovering different cultures but after 9 years in the UK, she's still not sure about driving on the other side of the road!

Sophie is currently studying for a BA in Drama at Kingston University but in her spare time she is our researcher identifying brands and experiences that would work well under the BrandHub model.She also researches retail units and spaces in high footfall locations which can be offered under the BrandHub model.
