With the opening in 2009 of the new Westfield shopping centre in White City, the retail pitch in London has definitely swung back west. However, whilst the "under-cover Oxford Street" has won plaudits for the diversity of its retail offering, there are still a decent number of retail villages with decent footfall which are worth considering especially for niche or boutique products or services - not least Notting Hill, Chiswick, Richmond-on-Thames and Kingston.

West 12 Shopping Centre

A shopping, leisure and entertainment centre, offering a great range of convenience and lifestyle shopping plus a variety of restaurants and bars; 12 screen, 2,500 seat multiplex cinema; and health and fitness facilities. With a footfall on average of 135,000 per week it really offers an opportunity for an affective BrandHub.
